岗位要求：

Major Responsibilities 主要职责

1.Design questionnaires/guides under guidance
设计调查问卷
2.Prepare simple PPT presentations
准备简单的研究报告
3.Provide complex content analysis， simple factor and cluster analysis， etc.
提供较复杂的项目分析，能找出简单原因并提供相关分析研究等
4.Conduct and interpret statistical tests
执行并解释数据测试结果
5.Co-moderate simple focus groups and conduct in-depth interviews
协调简单的小组讨论及项目深访
6. Coordinate with operation teams on research projects
与运作部协调相关研究项目
7.Track project status and take ownership of projects including project billing
及时跟踪项目进程并保证项目的顺利完成，包括项目投标工作
8. Prepare clear and precise fieldwork briefing documents and brief supervisor and
interviewers
提供清晰准确的访问相关文件，并能清晰明了的告知访问督导及被访者

Requirements 职位要求
1. Bachelor Degree or above from top university
大学本科或研究生应届毕业生
2. Having relative study background to marketing research， e.g. marketing， sociology，
statistics， psychology
具有相关学历背景，如市场学、社会学、统计学、心理学等
3. Language: band-6 or above
大学英语六级或以上
4. Excellent English skills both in written and oral
优秀的英文书面和口语应用
5. Good command of MS-Office， including Word， Excel and PowerPoint
熟练运用常用办公软件
6. Possess ability in logical thinking， analysis， and quick learning
具有逻辑思维能力和分析能力，能快速学习
7. Willing to work hard under high pressure and challenges
乐意面对高度压力和挑战
