    1992年宝峨公司在中国北京设立了代表处，开始了对华的业务。并于1995年在天津成立了独资子公司－宝峨天津机械工程有限公司，生产组装适合中国市场的旋挖钻机，目前最新型号为BG25C、MBG12和MBG24型旋挖钻机。 1998年又在上海成立了中德合资公司，2005年德国宝峨公司收购中方的全部股份后, 成立了德国宝峨独资的上海宝峨机械有限公司, 生产组装BG15、BG20H型旋挖钻机，GB26、GB30和GB34型地下连续墙液压抓斗。德国宝峨公司在国内两个独资工厂组装的基础施工设备采用了德国最先进的技术和最严格的质量管理体系，并拥有完善的售后服务系统；生产组装的产品市场价格定位合理，具有优秀的性能价格比，已出口销售到世界各地，其中包括返销德国市场。2006年在上海成立有进出口权的独资贸易公司－宝峨机械设备（上海）有限公司。
   
    德国宝峨公司已为国内上百家施工企业提供了基础施工相关设备及技术工艺。其中宝峨BC系列的双轮铣槽机曾应用于举世瞩目的长江三峡二期围堰防渗墙、冶勒电站、润扬长江大桥、深圳地铁、广州地铁、南水北调穿黄等工程中复杂地层的施工。2001年开始，宝峨BG系列旋挖钻机大量应用于国家重点项目—青藏铁路的建设，并发挥了极为重要的作用。从2006年开始，宝峨公司在国内组装的BG系列旋挖钻机已大量应用于北京-天津、郑州-西安、武汉-广州等铁路客运专线工程，以及其他各种基础工程中。宝峨公司产品正以其优秀的质量和服务、超强的地层适应能力为用户创造价值。

    Bauer is a provider of services, machinery and ancillary products in the earth-working and groundwater fields. The Group markets its products and services all over the world. Its global spread allows it to remain largely unaffected by fluctuating business cycles. The operations of the Group are divided into three segments: Construction, Equipment and Resources. The Construction segment carries out specialist foundation engineering work all over the world, developing foundation and excavation projects as well as providing related construction services.

    -    Actively assist the sales team to promote BG products to potential and existing customers in China by providing technical know how about machine and construction.
    -    积极协助销售向潜在及老客户提供公司BG产品的技术宣传。
    -    Train the sales team about all technical features, advantages & possibilities of the whole BG product range including accessories like Kelly’s and tools
    -    向销售人员培训BG系列产品及凯式钻杆配件和工具的技术特质、优势及发展潜力。
    -    Catch up & report future trends, market requirements & customer needs around the drilling business in China to your supervisor
    -    捕捉未来市场趋势、需求和客户关于中国钻机业务的需要并报告给主管。
    -    Develop product strategy plan to increase the market share of the BG’s in China
    -    发展产品战略计划以增加BG产品在中国的市场份额。
    -    Assist as a project manager all new developments around BG’s & accessories and implement it into the Chinese market
    -    协助项目经理推动所有BG产品和配件在中国的发展和销售。
    -    Report to your supervisor on all matters and information related to market situation, competitors, customers, business partners and any other issues that are of interest to the Company.
    -    向你的主管报告市场状况、竞争对手、客户和商业合作伙伴等所有涉及公司利益的相关事宜。
    -    Make recommendation to your supervisor according to market conditions, customers’ need and competition for formulation and/or adjustment of product strategy and action plans from time to time.
    -    根据市场情况，客户需求以及竞争情况随时向主管提出相应的产品策略及实施方案的调整建议。
    -    Coordinate and cooperate all matters for BG’s & accessories with colleagues within Bauer Group’s department, such as design, production, sales & marketing, after sales service & spare parts, administration & finance…etc., for the benefit of overall interest of the Group.
    -    为实现集团整体利益，与宝峨集团内部各部门协调合作所有关于BG产品及其配件的工作,如设计部，生产部，销售部，售后服务及零配件部，行财部等。

    Requirement:
    -    College degree or above, preferable university degree
    -    大专以上学历，本科优先。
    -    have good knowledge about BAUER ‘s BG machines or the drilling market in general in any kind of matter
    -    有良好的宝峨BG产品的相关知识或熟悉钻机市场。
    -    Mandarin & good English
    -    普通话和熟练的英语。
    -    Personality with good communication skills, outgoing, hard working, conclusive, willing to learn and team spirit
    -    良好的沟通能力,具有外向,刻苦努力,好学,独立思考的个性,以及团队精神。
    -    Must be willing to travel frequently
    -    能适应长期出差。
    -    Salary remain the same , it will be arranged refer to later performance appraisal
