主要职责:
- 市场调研,定位不同的客户层;
- 拜访客户(主要是设计师,建筑师和灯光设计师及工程师);
- 为客户展示产品和标准系统;
- 为项目准备技术及销售材料。

Technical Sales (Sales Function):
Responsibilities:
- Research different customers segment and target them methodically;
- Visit customers (mainly Specifiers, architects, lighting designers and engineers) ;
- Present product, demos and standard solutions to Specifiers;
- Prepare technical and sales documentations for specific project.
- Requirements:
- Electrical engineer or Energy engineer willing to be in technical sales;
- (Any lighting, BMS or building knowledge will be consider as an additional)
- Good communication and social skills;
- Energetic and positive thinking;
- Enjoys challenge and is looking for quick professional growth.
- Good Presentation skills.

电子\电气工程师(制造部)
主要职责:
- 支持应用于Lutron 产品的新电子元器件的认证,密切保持与供应商的沟通
- 支持跨部门工程师团队的工作
- 支持上海工厂及美国产品技术支持部门工程师的工作
- 支持与CCC和CFT相关认证机构的沟通,协助新产品及现有产品的认证工作

Project Electrical Engineer (MFG Function)
Responsibilities:
Help to identify & qualify new electrical parts to be used in existing Lutron products. Work closely with suppliers in part qualification process.
Work as part of a cross-functional engineering team. Teams will be international and will include engineers from the United States.
Build strong relationships with engineers at our Shanghai manufacturing facility and the EPS team at our United States office.
Develop and maintain active relationships with certification houses in China (CCC & CFT) to support new and existing products.

Requirements:
B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent electronics engineering (required)
Strong English speaking & writing capability. Job will require frequent communication with United States.
Experience with electrical circuit design (power & digital).
Experience with following programs (or equivalent) MiniTab, MATLAB,PSpice.
Experience with MS Office Suite.
Willingness to travel 20% of the time, sometimes with little or no notice.
