Job Description：
1. As a Windows expert, debug on Windows related issues, e.g. blue screen, hang, etc.
2. Work with corresponding engineers to fix bug, or work with Microsoft for fix.
3. Deeply understand Windows features so that identify any impacts on server product development.
4. Use knowledge of Windows to contribute to software and hardware's design and implementation.
5. Leverage Microsoft's resources to do some differentiation features.
Job Demand：
1. Minimum of five years' experience in Windows kernel level development or debugging.
2. Familiar with WinDbg tool for debugging.
3. Familiar with Windows products, experience in Windows Server is an advantage.
4. Strong analytical ability and debugging skills.
5. Ability to handle multi-task.
6. Good communication skill. Ability to work with multiple functions.
7. Good English in spoken and written.
8. Highly self-motivated person able to drive issue fix.
岗位描述：
1. 作为Windows技术专业人员，调试Windows相关问题，例如蓝屏、挂起等；
2. 与相关工程师或微软方面合作修复、解决bug；
3. 深入了解Windows性能以便识别和掌握对服务器产品开发方面的影响；
4. 将Windows技术作用于软件和硬件系统的设计和实现；
5. 利用微软的资源进行分化特性的研究。
岗位要求：
1. 具备五年及以上在Windows内核开发或调试方向的工作经验；
2. 熟悉WinDbg工具调试；
3. 熟悉Windows相关产品，在Windows服务器方面有工作经验者优先；
4. 具备较强的分析能力、调试能力；工作管理能力强；
5. 沟通能力良好，善于处理复杂情境下的工作任务；
6. 英语听说读写能力良好；
7. 成就动机强，具备高度自我激励性和执行力。
