Execute all telesales activities of HR products for the company. Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers. Increase the awareness of TopU’s brand and TopU’s marketing share.
Key areas of responsibility:
1. Scan and explore target markets to identify the marketing opportunity.
2. Develop and execute market entry strategies for new fields of business. Target key industries and key customers with potential.
3. Communicate and analyze clients’need and work out the cooperation programme.
4. Coordinate the communication between the consultant team and client. Manage the project in respect of time, quality and cost.
5. Optimize continually the project and scale up the cooperation with clients.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree and above, CET-6.
2. Good verbal and written communication capability in Mandarin and English.
3. Take the initiative and passion to succeed, and work proactively.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and team-spirit.
5. Being familiar with telesales and holding a high record of telesales is a plus.
