2. HR Intern

Responsibilities:
- Assist recruiting team in collecting, documenting and mailing related materials and documents;

- Post Job descriptions on internal or external job board;
- Receive visitors and candidates;
- Provide administrative support to HR team, including interview arrangement and taking meeting minutes, etc.;

Responsibilities:
- Generate and verify reports to NSM and other departments;
- Prepare business review related things for various meetings;

- Organize and coordinate internal sales event and other marketing events’ supporting;

4. Global Regulatory Affairs Intern

Location: 北京

Introduction/ Responsibilities:

- We are looking for dynamic individuals to join the Bayer team who are interested in pursuing a career in Global Regulatory Affairs. Recent graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates must be available for a 3-month assignment at Bayer’s Beijing site.

- As an Intern within the Global Regulatory Affairs department, the incumbent will gain valuable work experience in the healthcare industry while working on various project activities to learn about the challenges within the regulatory environment. Along with on the job training, candidates will be assigned a mentor and expected to deliver a project at the end of the internship.

PCT Engineer
Location: 上海

Responsibilities:  
- Execute project work according to engineering concepts, design calculations, P & ID’s and other documentation for installations in field of major competence.  Design special systems as required.
- Makes necessary changes in design or other corrections as a result of “trouble-shooting” instrumentation, controls, and electrical systems.
- Analyzes and selects materials and/or equipment best suited for application requirements in instrumentation, controls and electrical power distribution.
- Supports field construction activities including PCS equipment check-out, tuning and start-up at Clients facilities.  Verify proper installation of systems.
- Prepares comparison studies of installation and life cycle costs for various systems and other similar comparisons as requested.
- Performs evaluation of process automation systems within Clients plants or at supplier’s location, for purpose of practical application and efficiency.
- Acts as consultant in field of major competence for others in different areas of engineering.
- Prepares and implements PCS standards.
- Maintains an awareness of environmental and energy compliance requirements on each assignment and works to meet those requirement.
- Prepares cost estimates for process control and electrical systems.
- Prepares Appropriation Request documents.

Education, Qualifications and Skills: 
- Master degree in a particular discipline of engineering (preferably autoimmunization, electrical or chemical)

1. Regional Product Management Specialist
Location: 上海

Responsibilities: 
-Support product registration with third party lab such as Underwrite laboratory (UL), China Quality Certificate CQC, coordinate follow up service and so on. 
-Coordinate with Production plant, laboratory, technical center, third party lab for special test request, sample request and collection 
-Support Management of change, sale release process, and customer complaint 
-Communicate and Implement a new regulation from GTPM or GQCM in APAC region. 
-Provide product technical information to support sale force, supply chain and concern party. 
-Support an internal Knowledge based website, department SharePoint, department newsletter to ensure those KM tools are up-to-date and correct.

2. Chemist
Location: 上海

 Responsibilities: 
-Patent new technology for the cosmetic formulas. 
-New product development: Serves as Chemist to design, evaluate the formula, arrange the experiments, propose the new application and analyze the failure experiments results. 
-New product evaluation: Serves as Chemist to do the stability test, compatibility test, hair styling HHCR test, flacking test, sensory evaluation, Suncare and Color cosmetic water resistant test. 
-Update the daily experiments and evaluation data and summary the results in time. 
-Corporate and communicate with Global Technical team to do some projects for Asia market. 
-In charge of lab daily work including sample preparation, material order, equipment keep and lab safety. 

Education, Qualifications and Skills: 
-Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or chemical engineering plus three years of experience in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food, chemical manufacturing or medical device industry or a master’s degree in chemistry plus two years of experience in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food, chemical manufacturing or medical device industry. 
-Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English in order to make and present recommendations and information.

-检查纸质报关单是否回收完整，检查电脑中报关单的数据是否与与纸质一致。
-准备网付资料，找审批人签名，再通知上海APC安排付钱。
-整理海关暂存单证归档。
-下载回收报关单等数据。
-打印报关/报检委托书

Responsibilities:

- “Management Trainee of Commercial Excellence Leadership Program“, the purpose of Management Trainee positions is to prepare young managerial employees for their future assignments and give them more practical experience. Management trainees are rotated through different departments over a period of about 2-3 years, giving them broad insight into everyday business (“from sowing to harvesting”) and a variety of functions.
