物流操作助理/协调员-   Logistic Assistant/Coordinator

工作职责：Key Responsibilities：

1 严格遵守标准操作程度（SOP）

Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP)

2 接受和确认供应商的订舱

Acceptance and confirming bookings to vendors

3 准确地执行承运人分配

Accurate carrier allocation

4 为供应商提供优良的客户服务水准

Good customer service level rendered to vendors

5 及时发出货运代理人收讫货物证明（FCR）

Timely FCR release

6及时处理和分派文件

Timely documentation updates and dispatch

7保持优化或最大化集装箱使用率

Optimal/maximizing container utilization rates

职位要求Specific Requirements for the Position:

 1大专以上学历，

University (preferred) or College degree

2优良的沟通技巧和英文水平（书写及口语）

Good written and oral English

3 高度责任感，工作态度积极，有团队意识

Export logistics operational experience is preferred

4 可以在压力下工作

Ability to work under pressure

 5 航运领域工作经验可考虑优先被录用

财务助理-Accountant Assistant

工作职责：Key Responsibilities：

1.严格遵守公司财务制度和流程准则（SOP）；

Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP)
2.日常会计单据的处理和核对；

Handle daily operation covering voucher checking, book-keeping, system uploading
3.财务数据的处理及维护；

Financial data processing and maintenance
4.其他相关财务工作。

职位要求Specific Requirements for the Position:

1.大学本科及以上学历,财务或财务相关专业；（财务类）

1.Bachelor degree with major of Financial, Economical or related specialty.

2.英语读写熟练；

2.Fluent in reading and writing English

3.Result and quality- oriented with high sense of urgency

4.能承受工作压力；

4.Ability to work under pressure

5.良好的沟通技巧。
