宝马(中国)公关部Product Communication Team招实习生
本人将于4月中旬离职，诚招靠谱青年。这个职位属于Corporate Affairs下面的Product Communication Team，主要负责产品宣传推广，部门的人都很好，实习生之间也很欢乐。这份实习接触的面很广，当然承担的责任也会更多。在这份实习里，你会和 marketing, sales, controlling & finance, purchasing, admin car fleet team 接触沟通，也会和公关公司、媒体合作。极力推荐沟通能力较好，对汽车品牌维护、品牌推广感兴趣的同学参与。

Responsibilities:
1. Dealing with internal purchasing process of projects; coordinating in cross-department and with vendors, dealers; assisting in administration, preparation, events coordination and other paper
2. Supporting Budget Planning and run monthly / quarterly report according to actual spending, and the payment issues of the team, such as issuing purchasing order, following up the payment process.
3. Support BMW branding and social media maintenance related work
4. Manage BMW and MINI company car lending and returning
5. Assisting team members in their daily working issues, such as document filling and collecting, travel claims.
Qualifications:
1. Undergraduate students or postgraduate students in universities.
2. Excellent communication skills, sense of responsibility, fast learning capability and passion on car industry are needed
3. Excellent English skills, both written and oral
4. Experience in school activities and other internships will be a plus
