About The Trainee Program
It’s a brilliant opportunity for Financial Services Trainee to embrace continuous challenges and get in-depth knowledge of the captive finance company and lease industry. You will have the opportunities to cultivate your career interest at the early stage in the financial services business area.
In the 12-month-Specialist Trainee Program we offered, the participant is expected to acquire structured knowledge, to develop necessary skills and to gain experiences in the day-to-day business.Each Financial Services Trainee will be enrolled as a participant in the Volvo Group China Trainee Program, which provides three Common Week training courses, and will also experience job rotations in three of the following functional departments within Volvo Financial Services China.
The participant will be exposed to a continuous development platform via mentorship program, on-the-job training, project assignment and cross-function job rotation and self-managed learning.
Experienced professional colleagues will be assigned to and work closely with each participant as the Mentor or Buddy, who creates the challenges and opportunities for learning on the fly in the young and vigorous organization.
Educational Qualification
· Minimum Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws as a plus
· Preferably with graduates who have internship/project experiences in Law Firms, Leasing companies or MNC
