Responsibilities:
1. Planning, preparing and delivering English lessons to company staff;
2. Giving appropriate feedback and maintaining records of trainees' progress and development;
3. Selecting and using a range of different learning resources;
4.Participating in and organizing English training activities;
5.Participating in departmental meetings, contacting department head for updating trainees' English performance;
6.Liaising with different departments such as, marketing, sales, human resource and RND officers to optimize English training;
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree, Overseas experience is a big plus;
2. Excellent English communication skills and interpersonal skills;
3. Diligent and patient, with attention to detail and the ability to handling multiple assignments effectively;
4. Strong student management skill and experience are preferred.
