As a Regional Consultant, you will gain a broad exposure to various industries and career functions as you engage in business exchanges with top executives from various fields. Our Consultants plays the important role of assisting the consulting team in fulfilling the commitments to our clients in the region. You will work closely with respective consultants and regional team members across Greater China. The thrust of your work centers on providing accurate, timely answer to research requests. You are responsible for collecting and consolidating information (via cold calling, networking, screening, researching), and conducting fundamental analysis. This includes being able to clarify research needs, identify and gather relevant companies, industries, and economic information from a broad spectrum of appropriate sources, and develop well-synthesized, targeted deliverables for use by the consulting team, as well as advising clients on their business in China.
Consultant Development Programme
This programme provides you with on-the-job training with opportunity to participate in critical projects in various industries. You will be:
• Exposed to broad industries with global multi-national corporations
• Develop into an industry specialist in key growth segments
• Spend the first 18 months in one of the cities to be developed into an Industry Specialist:
o Healthcare, Consumer & Retail, Chemical – Shanghai based
o Media, Internet, IT & Telecom, Energy – Beijing based
o Manufacturing, Electronics, China Global Conglomerates – Guangzhou based
o Consumer & Retail, Sourcing, Financial Services – Hong Kong based
o Semiconductor, Electronics – Taipei based
• Regional transfers after 18 months with good performance and conduct to:
o Seoul, Tokyo, Taipei, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Singapore

Applicants should possess
• University degree with at least 3 to 5 years working experience in sales, marketing or research functions in the industry segments as stated above
• Strong English and Mandarin proficiency
• Prior work experience in multinational companies or large local conglomerates preferred
