Key Tasks and Responsibilities (not restrictive) |
1.??? Master Schedule -?? Set up sales trend per key customer and per products class according to historical data and methods, review it with Sales Dept. for verification; 2.??? Production Schedule -?? Analyze production capacity for each work center and especially focus on the bottleneck; -?? Analyze change over time and yield loss per different production process and also ensure all the arrangement comply with quality request; -?? Try to smooth and utilize production capacity and also reduce any loss on materials and time. 3.??? Inventory Rotation Controlling -?? Set up materials ABC classification and periodically review stock level and rotation rate; -?? Analyze and report inventory status weekly to avoid raw materials and finish goods obsolete, slow moving or expired internal shelf life; -?? Simplify and optimize reporting and planning flow; 4.??? Other Tasks Assigned by Supervisor |

Qualification & Experience Requirements | |
Education, Training: |

Experience Required: |
