 Job responsibility:

Supporting environment manager to manage/improve environment and sustainability performance in all China manufacturing sites.

 Assist to deploy environment programs across manufacturing sites, for example Green ambassador program

 Responsible for environment data verification and trend analysis, support site team to find gaps and develop actions plan to improve performance

 Work on developing environmental training materials and delivering trainings to targeted community

 Collect and update environment best practices on line for sharing

 Check the Environment green logo for artwork

 Record, track and report on Environment engagement of site management team

 Support green tech. leaders for quarterly sharing: for example, collect and summary of related info

 Assist to set up SHE/environment award system together with HR team

 Drive the improvement for Env PAR and simple solutions in sites

Qualification:

 Bachelor or master degree (preferably environmental engineering)

 Hard working and could work well under pressure and stress

 Good interpersonal and communicate skills

 Frequent English, computer skill is required

 Open and responsive to new information
