About CLP Program

CLP(Commercial Leadership Program)is established with the goal of fulfilling our talent pipelinespecialized on Commercial Enginesbusiness for future growth. It targets to bring in energetic, ambitiousand hardworking early talents, provides them with intensive development opportunities to equip them with the followings:

What you can expect of the Program:

•       3 challenging assignments in ~2.5-year-time; covering 3 major Commercial Functions: C&PSO (Customer & Product Support Organization) (12 months),Sales/Marketing (8 months), and/or Engine Services, with opportunities to work in Shanghai/Beijing and at least one 2^nd tier city in China. The outstanding players would be awarded overseas assignment opportunities as well.

•       A comprehensive training plan covering Technologies of Commercial Engines, Business Acumen, Commercial skills and knowledge and leadership essentials

•       Lean Six Sigma training and one Six Sigma project to be certified as Green Belt off program

•       A powerful support system formed of CLP Program Manager, HR Manager, Assignment leader, Buddy, sponsored by Executive Leaders from the business

Ideal candidates we’re looking for:

Basics:

•       Post graduates with less than 2 years of working experience, major in Aviation Engineering, Aircraft Engine Design, Aviation Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

•       Fluent English, both in writing and verbalcommunications

•       Quick learner, high adaptability, optimistic and hardworking

•       Taking initiatives and strongly self-motivated
