JCSA, as part of JCI China fabric BU and successor of Michel Thierry which is the market and innovation leader in South American and European fabrics, is a combination of R&D and production for automotive fabric. Our products involve pillars, arm rest, head rests, door panels, inserts, bolsters, consoles, headliners, visors, sunshades & rear trim areas.

As a fabric R&D center, JCSA could provide woven solution as warping, dobby & jacquard weaving dedicated for samples development. In the following 1 to 2 years, the company will successively propose high frequency welding, embroidery, and flat embossing solutions. All those solutions in order to increase the JCSA value chain.

As a fabric production workshop, the main business for JCSA lies in fabric lamination and embossing, the capacity per year for lamination and embossing could reach as minimum 3.5 million lm and 650000 lm respectively.

 To support the R&D and the production, JCSA has also a modern and high-class laboratory, in which different tests including color control, abrasion, yarn density, thickness, flammability, snagging and so on can be done there.

Responsibilities:

1.Lead all samples' devlopment

2.responsible for the new yarn development

3.Manager the samples made in JCSA with ID card s & the finishing data in WF.

 

Requirement:

1.Bachelor or above

2.Textile engineer major
