职位描述
1.作为LTE产品的算法和仿真实习生，合适的候选人应该能够作为系统设计组的一员，负责LTE-A无线接入网络的eNodeB算法评估。
2.适合的候选人将参与基带算法设计，链路级仿真，性能评估和提升，研究3GPP标准以及4G无线接入技术的演进。
1.As Algorithm&Simulation Intern for LTE product, the successful candidate will be a member for system design team whose responsibility is to evaluate eNodeB algorithms for LTE-A wireless access network.
2.The capable candidate will join the baseband algorithm design, link-level simulation, performance evaluation and improvements, research of 3GPP standard and the evolution of 4G radio technology.
职位要求
1. 教育背景：硕士及以上，电子工程、电信、计算机及相关专业。
2. 具体的技能和能力：
- 基带算法设计和链路级仿真，性能分析的经验；
- 具备以下无线系统的知识：3G，WiMAX，LTE/LTE-Adavanced；
- 有以下领域经验可以加分：物理层DSP/FPGA实现，精通C或者C++以及MATLAB。
3. 通用能力：积极主动；良好沟通以及团队合作能力。
4. 语言能力：熟练的英语说写。
1. Education background: Master or above, major in electronic engineering, telecommunication, computer science, or related
2. Specific Skills, knowledge and competencies:
- experience on base-band algorithm design, link level simulation, performance analysis
- knowledge on one of the following wireless systems: 3G, WiMAX , or LTE/LTE-Advanced.
- The experiences in the following areas will be plus:
- Implementation of physical layer. Development experiences on DSP/FPGA.
- Master C or C++ or Matlab programming;

- Proactive & Initiative
- Good communication skills and teamwork ability
4. Language Ability: Fluent in both oral and written English;
