1. Job Objective/Purpose (What are the objectives of this position? Why does this job exist?)

To arrange field trials as China product development yearly plan needed and provide technical sales service supports as China yearly sales objectives required.

2. Job Scope/Responsibilities (A list of the principal duties, continual responsibilities and accountabilities of the position.)

· Implement product development activities based on China development plan.

· Complete the whole processes of contract field trial and laboratory test, including agreement-making, protocol preparation, trial and test observation, report collection, payment-making, and internal analysis and data summary.

· Report trial and test results to the regional/global through China Team, when necessary.

· Provide presentations and trainings to sales team members, customers, end users and channel partners as required.

· Compile protocols of demonstration and confirmation trials.

· Work closely with Sales/Marketing team to provide technical information in promotion material preparation for national and cross-regional use. The promotion materials include product and technology manual for external use, technical summary and recommendation sheets, leaflet, posters, and so on, and can be in the form of hard copy, video program and PC file.

3. Job Specifications/Standards/Requirements (Minimum qualifications needed to perform the essential functions of the role.)

Critical Knowledge

· Basic crop protection knowledge and Broad knowledge of Agrochemical application

· Minimum level of education：College or University

Critical Experience

· Short term or at least one year working experience in the agrochemical field.

· Proven track-record of successful working ability in crop protection and pesticide field.

Critical Functional Competencies (Skills/Capabilities):

· Skillful in MS office

· Good English ability in oral, writing and listening

· Good communication and team working skills
