Consultant, Customer Support (Ref. MKHKCN28012013CS)
Job Responsibility
- handle customer enquiry via voice and email
- handle service application by dealing with operators and government
- provide administration support to the office
Job Requirement
- residence or China citizen is a must, station in Shanghai
- degree holder, preferably major in business administration
- 0-4 years customer service experience
- previous working experience in call centre, operator, handset manufacturer, handset wrapper, online game provider, mobile content provider or mobile value added service provider will be an asset
- highly motivated & self-starter; attentive to details
- fluent in Cantonese (a must); English (a must) and mandarin
- can travel when required
