We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Trade Middle Office Assistant _Global Trade an Receivable Finance, Qingdao, you will:
· Perform WDM system DMT (Document management team) related
· Perform new bill HFE registration accurately and efficiently
· Match Bill presenation schedule and related advices
· Handle non-DC and simple DC bills according to ICC publication and internal Bank guideline
· Handle GTRF MO filing and dispatch work
· Handle DCA related processing, enquiry
· Handle work in customer enquiry
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
· University graduated or above，major in International Trade or Finance related is preferred
· Positive working attitude, willing to accept additional workload
· Good communication skill
· Basic trade knowledge
· Team work Spirit
