3、Main Duties:
l Analyzing and resolving problems timely
l Provide quick, complete answers in response to customer inquiries on rates and shipping, package tracking
l Retrieval, update and utilization of customer information from mainframe systems
l Will be required to answer inbound calls and make outbound calls.
l Will be required to answer inbound emails and send outbound emails to both internal groups and customers.
l Additional duties may include, but are not limited to filing, mailing, faxing, duplicating, processing forms and typing.
