Title: Communications Intern
Location: Caohejing Hi-Tech Park (shuttle bus provided)
Responsibilities
- Assists the Head of Communication to evaluate, develop and improve communication tools, methods and best practices
- Be the owner and key driver to maintain the following existing communications channels
- Maintain and further improve corporate intranet portal
- Work with and manage agencies to plan, edit, design, and distribute the quarterly printed newsletter
- Take the lead in advancing our new internal bi-weekly Mobile Phone Newsletter beyond the pilot stage
- Support leadership communications to China employees through message translation and timely communications in China, China leadership message development, town hall meeting organization, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, prefer 大三 or 研一研二
- Major in English or Media related preferred
- Able to work 3+ working days per week, can last for 6 months preferred
- Fluent in oral and written English, proven translation capability
- Attention to details, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Mature, initiative, responsible and result oriented.
