【实习生招聘】国际纸业非涂布纸事业部招客服部实习生（可留任）
Open Position: Customer Service Intern, IP Asia（客服部门实习生，国际纸业亚洲区非涂布纸事业，有机会留任）

Key Accountabilities:
· Receive and process all customer orders, enquires, and complaints as well.
· Monitor closely the payment status of the all customers, ensure payment is made within established credit limit and credit period.
· Cooperate with forwarders and the transportation company providing quality service with reasonable cost.
· Supports sales in providing customers with information and ensure follow up action is completed on time.
· Follow up closely with mills for all orders and to ensure orders are made, ship according to agreed schedule and full set of shipping documents are delivered on time.
Recruitments：
· Bachelor’s degree
· International Trade or other relevant majors
· Good ability on English speaking and written
· Good at MS Office especially Excel skills
· Strong responsibility and carefulness, sensitive to details
· Good skill in planning and communication
· Can work at least 3 days/week
