Engineering (Electronics, Mechanics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Related) with
B.A. degree or graduated degree or relevant other education

· Professional experience
· Preferably, over 3 years experience as technical application engineering for E&E Industry, Automotive industry or Solar industry.
· Good technical knowledge and interest in details.
· Good network within above mentioned business field will be highly preferred.
· Primary skills
· Highly self-initiative, goal-oriented, self-motivated
· Persuasive via strong communication skills
· Structured and well–organized working style and good strategic understanding
· Good business behavior / attitude and networking capabilities
· Responsible and patient
· Chinese language skills, both written and spoken, preferably as mother tongue
· English language skills, both written and spoken
· Korean language familiarities would be advantageous
· Good knowledge about computerized systems and commonly used windows based software.

Purpose of Job
§ Be a member of the ttAP R&D Application Solution Center to offer technical support to the Korean sales team by:
o joining customer visits
o understanding the technical requirements
o design test programs to provide the required technical data
o run the test program according to tesa standard or to customer standard
§ Development, implementation and modification of application systems for industrial use of tesa adhesives tapes applications.
§ Securing of existing sales volume and development of additional business by customer specific projects related to application systems and definition of the relevant set of process parameters
§ developing, implementing and executing short-, mid- and long-term strategy for assigned markets, customers and products
