[u][b]Job Description 职务要求[/b][/u]
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your role will include but not be limited to 
职责岗位：
[u]Accounts Payable 应付账款[/u]
•    Compliance with the company policy and procedure for all employee expense reports processed including local tax receipt verification
根据公司政策及当地法规要求负责员工报销的单据及发票审核
•    Accurate processing vendor/supplier payments functions to ensure it's in compliance with both company's policy and procedure as well as meeting local statutory requirement
根据公司政策，流程及当地法规要求负责往来款项的审核
•    Preparing the payment log in an Excel format and send it to manager for approval 
准确的录入各种票据支付
•    Submitting payment details on Citi-direct Online banking system
花旗银行网上支付付款系统的操作
•    Assisting on journal filing
协助处理账务，制作记账凭证，银行对账

[u]Fixed Asset 固定资产[/u]
•    Maintenance of the fixed asset register and fix asset tag tracking
维护固定资产台账及固定资产标签号码记录表

[u][b]The Successful Applicant 候选人条件[/b][/u]
To be considered for this position you must possess,
任职要求：
•    Year 1 post-graduate student major in Accounting/Finance preferred
研究生一年级在读生（最好是财会或金融专业）
•    Good communication by English in both written and speaking
流利的英文，读写水平相当
•    Demonstrated Excel skills will be highly regarded
能够熟练应用Excel
•    Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
能够保持工作准确性
