1. ABB中国研究中心-研发实习生/Manipulator Design Mechanical Intern
地点：上海浦东

Role Description - summary
- Mechanical design for a new manipulator

Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities
-To design and setup validation testbeds
-To design and setup novel manipulator
-To characterize the new design performance
-To document the technical report

Requirements:
-MSc, related major in Mechanical/mechatronic engineering
-Experienced in compact electrical integrated mechanism design and setup
-Knowledge in robots or manipulators
-Skilled in Solidworks
-Creative in designing new mechanisms
-Good oral and written English capability
-Strong responsibility and active attitude

2. ABB中国研究中心-研发实习生/Motion Control Electrical Intern
地点：上海浦东

Role Description - summary
-Electrical design and motion control

Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities
-To design and setup the electrical devices
-To program a suitable GUI with motion control algorithm for experiments
-To tune the motion control and analysis the test result
-To document the technical report

Requirements:
-MSc, related major in mechatronic engineering
-Experienced in motion control
-Knowledge in power electronics
-Skilled in Matlab for data processing and analysis
-Proper C/C++ programing capability for control and test purpose
-Experienced in NI Labview is preferred
-Good oral and written English capability
-Strong responsibility and active attitude

1. Work instruction/procedure update
2. Lean manufacturing in terms of continuous flow, line balance, standardization, visual management etc
3. Follow up lean and 4Q project action plan with action owner and update status regularly.
4. Support engineer for fixture/jig improvement/design
5. Routine report data collection and summary

Background
Industry Engineering or related Major (本科二、三年级或硕士研究生一、二年级)

Computer Skills
Microsoft office programs including: Excel, Work and Power point, (Projects is advantageous)

Desired
1. Good communication skills
2. Good coordination and team player
3. English - CET 4 or above
4. Take responsibility and ownership
5. The ability to work in groups or be self-motivated
