Festo是一家有着近百年历史的德国独立家族企业，是世界领先的气动和电气自动化产品和技术供应商，其业务范围遍及全世界。费斯托（中国）有限公司是 Festo AG & Co. KG 于1993 年在中国大陆设立的独资子公司。公司于 2000 年 6 月在上海市浦东金桥出口加工区建成第一期生产基地；2001 年建立亚太地区技术中心； 2003 年年底完成第二期工程，主要用于生产、工程、研发和物流等部门的扩容。2002 年 Festo AG & Co. KG 又在金桥出口加工区南区购地近 60,000 平方米，用于建设新的大型生产基地。新工厂已于 2006 年建成。

费斯托（中国）有限公司在上海总部拥有大型仓库，能为客户及时供货。另外，公司在北京、天津、大连、沈阳、长春、哈尔滨、西安、兰州、乌鲁木齐、重庆、成都、昆明、武汉、长沙、柳州、济南、青岛、烟台、郑州、厦门、无锡、南京、苏州、合肥、杭州、宁波、温州、广州、深圳、东莞三十个城市设有分支机构，销售和技术服务网络遍布全国。

目前针对大学生我们有三个职位在招：

1.     客户服务代表

Summary of job contents

1.The tasks range from simple telephone survey, directory assistance or order acceptance to individual customer service and finally to technical and professional consulting services because of high qualified employees.

2.Responsible for handling certain type of customer faxes (orders, quotations or any other) by order of Festo companies.

3.Responsible for special task handling of Festo companies according to specified procedure;

Key accountabilities

1.Receiving of calls from internal and external Greater China Festo companies. Answer calls with company defined manner and procedures.

2.Fax documents are handled with DPC required level of  Completeness and correctness;

3.Reassignment of fax documents in case of certain problems; Reassignment of tasks derived from calls in case of certain needs from other department

4.Entry in the system.

Requirements

1.University or other Degree (Business, Administration, Engineering) Lower Degree also possible, if working experience in a similar position

2.Basic commercial knowledge (e.g payment terms and conditions)

这个职位对专业无特别要求，倾向招女生。目前还有10个左右的空缺。

2．市场专员

主要是帮助做市场分析的数据整理，英语要求稍高，希望有6级英语证书。

2.  产品专员

Summary of job contents:

1.To ensure achievement of targets for products

2.To ensure all-related topics for products managed effectively.

3.To ensure positioning and activities for products

Key accountabilities:

1.Drive new product launch process.

2.Support sales for marketing campaign.

3.Support HQ for the process for phase-outs product.

4.Collect local requirement and feedback within products.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor Degree (Mechanical or Electrical)

2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in English and in Chinese

3.Proactive and flexible (travelling / overtime)

4.Be familiar with MS Office Tools (MS Office, etc)

5.Sales background in similar industry is preferred

这个职业对专业要求相对较高，要求工科背景（工业自动化，机械等专业为佳）。英语要有6级英语证书，希望有过一些正规的市场相关的实习经历。

工资待遇：

4000-5000的基本工资。一年发放13个月工资以及1—2个月的年终奖金。
