Position Scope· Research &Development Technician
Specific Responsibilities
· Working in cooperation with R&D engineerto develop new products, including concept development, project planning andexecution.
· Design, set up and conduct chemicalexperiments independently with compliance to project plan and target.
· Maintainchemicals/equipment and parts/instruments in chemistry lab.
Educational & Other Requirements
· Bachelor degree or above in polymer science,organic chemistry or related area;
· Knowledge of polymer and organic material properties and characterization;
· Prior experience in organic synthesis and polymerization is preferred;
· Good oral and writtencommunication skill with both Chinese and English.

· Demonstrated experience in chemical synthesisand scale-up operation;
· Good communication skill, open minded andeasy going;
· Good team work spirit, creative, excellentcommunication skills;
· Computer skills, office application softwareand data analysis tools;
