Caojing Site needs a ESHQ assistant to support department issues.

Responsibilities:
职责：
- - Provide support with EHSQ management related issues.
- - Assist to Manage local audits for the operations; reviewing the audit report to ensure full compliance with all laws and regulations. Coordinate external audits and follow up with relevant departments to close the findings
- - Support the ISO certification issues.
- - Work with department on safety activities, including coaching, supervising, recommending, etc
- - Assist departments to investigate safety incident/ accident at site
- - Involve in training and evaluate contractor's safety performance
- - Involve in Arranging and organizing safety training
- - Assist to coordinate and organize emergency drill annually
- - Assist to Coordinate and implement new requirements from Corporate ESHQ
- - System Document control

Requirement
- - Bachelor above,
- - Major in Environment / English or others relates,
- - Fluent spoken & written English,
- - Outstanding Communication,
- - Flexible and Good Net-working Skills
- - More than 2 days week available in 6 months.
Compensation
- - Shuttle bus and lunch provided
- - 100-200/day/8hs, depends on education background
