招聘职位：Intern – Events & Trainings Support、Intern – Data Input, Analysis & Reporting

The EU SME Centre is a project funded by the European Union and operated by a consortium of European Chambers of Commerce, led by the China-Britain Business Council and includes the Benelux, French, German, Italian and Spanish Chambers in Beijing, as well as the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China and Eurochambres.

We are now recruit two internship position of intern – Events & Trainings Support /Intern – Data Input, Analysis & Reporting, for details please check the attachment. 

Intern – Events & Trainings Support

The EU SME Centre assists European Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) to export to China by providing a comprehensive range of free of charge, hands-on support services including the provision of information, confidential advice, networking events and training.  The Centre also acts as a platform facilitating coordination amongst Member State and European public and private sector service providers to SMEs, particularly at the crucial early stages of their market penetration strategy.

The Intern assists the HR & Training and Communication teams and in the planning, promotion, implementation and reporting on EU SME Centre events in Europe and china, through day-to-day project administration and events coordination.

Specific requirements and qualifications are as follows:

Excellent organisation, analytical and communications skills

Strong IT skills, with an excellent knowledge on how to use Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Interest and experience in digital marketing and social media would be a plus.

Enthusiastic to work with European stakeholders to promote the EU SME Centre.

Preferred profile:

University graduate

Working language will be English. Proficiency (spoken and written) in other languages would be an advantage.

Candidates of any nationality are welcome to apply for this position but must have excellent English language skills.

Intern – Data Input, Analysis & Reporting
