本年度的ADP全球培训生招募计划主要集中在车辆经销商服务 (ADP Dealer Services)业务板块,具体安排如下:
1. 此招募计划为培训生招聘计划,一旦被公司录用,即可成为ADP DSI 中国的正式员工,加入此培训生计划。本计划将针对培训生的特质,度身定制为一个两年的培养计划。其中包括大约半年的时间需要你在英国接受培训。
2. 此计划只针对2013年应届毕业生,包括本科及本科以上学历,专业要求为软件工程,自动化等技术相关专业。
3. 具备流畅的英语交流能力以及良好沟通能力。

You’ll need to be prepared to travel, to live in other parts of the world and work with people from different backgrounds and cultures. We will support you in your efforts to learn and grow but this is a business, not a laboratory, and learning by doing is just as important as what we can give you in the classroom. If you have not heard from us within 3 weeks of the closing date then unfortunately your application has not been successful.
Over a two year period, we’ll give you chances to work in four of our key business areas to get a feel for our products and customers. At least one of these experiences will take you to another country.
In each department you’ll have a mentor and buddy, who will be experts in the business. They’re there to help you settle in and support you throughout your time with us. You’ll have a relationship with the local HR Director who will see you through the whole two years and be a regular point of contact and reference for you. We’ll also introduce you to the other people in the graduate scheme from your host country and other parts of the world. Together, you’ll create an environment where you can interact across boundaries and share your experiences and learn together.
After an introduction to the business, you’ll get straight into work where you’ll have your own responsibilities, projects and tasks to manage. You’ll have real life work experience straight away. You’ll be integrated into a team of experts and expected to deliver on objectives that we will agree with you from the outset. We’ll give you real things to do right away.
Outside of your contributions to the teams you join, we’ll give you exposure to some formal training. Whether that’s in technical areas or business or management skills, we’ll give you formal learning to support your growth. We’ll also create forums where you can meet with the senior managers in our business and tell them what you learn, listen to their vision for the business and share your experiences.
Our scheme is designed to expose you to our core technical business areas, where you’ll be able to add a real impact and be encouraged to make a difference. It will also give you a chance to see where you think your strengths lay and where we think you can make the biggest impact after the scheme ends. We want you to take ownership of where your career takes you in ADP DSI and the graduate development scheme will help you make the choice at the end of the 2 years. Based on where you’ve been, what you’ve learnt and where your skills and passions are developing we will help you choose your future career path with us, either immediately into management, or as a technical contributor in a specialist area.
To be considered, you'll need a degree, at a 2:1 or above (preferably a technical, maths, science or business discipline).
If you’re able to write software in a recognised programming language then that’ll help, as would any practical experience in a technology environment. If you don’t have this, but technology and business on a global scale is your passion then we’d love you to apply too.
A flexible approach to travel, for the UK scheme you’ll need to live within commuting distance of Hungerford, Berkshire (Junction 14 M4).
A proven interest and passion in either the automotive or technology industry (ideally both).
