岗位职责
工作职责： 1. 提供设计创意和概念继续完善JI品牌，对学院对外宣传进行形象设计包装和制作； 2. 与IT工程师，媒体文案以及其他相关工作人员协作，在JI网页和社交媒体上上进行平面设计和互动内容的开发。比如：电子简报，电子海报，主题海报，招生网页，夏令营专题等； 3. 记录及管理印刷宣传品的更新和统计，包括宣传册，海报，简报，宣传单页，视频文件，照片等，工作同时包括对其进行平面设计； 4. 制作学院老师和行政人员的名片，名牌及学院室内海报设计； 5. 为学院的礼品和文具寻找合适的供应商。工作需要和印刷厂，摄影师，媒体文案，网页开发商以及市场专家进行相关事宜的沟通和协作； 6. 按时完成所交付的工作； 7. 作为对外交流与合作办公室的成员，需要举办和参与协助各种日常的对外交流宣传活动，比如协助招生办公室进行各种招生活动； 8. 对交通大学和密西根大学的对外交流合作提供相应所需的协助； 9. 工作直接向公共关系主管汇报； 10. 完成其他由主管，行政主管或院长交付的工作。 Job Description: 1. Produce new ideas and concepts to continually create identity "package"; design a JI "brand"; 2. Contribute ideas and design artwork to the overall brief; 3. Develop graphic and interactive design with IT engineer, media content officer and other related staff on JI website and social media, such as E- newsletter; E-poster, theme poster, recruitment website, summer program etc; 4. Maintain/manage the productions of promotional materials library (brochures, posters, newsletter, flyer, video, photos etc.) including graphic design; 5. Responsible for staff/faculty business card, name plate and building interior posters; 6. Estimate the time required to complete the work to meet the deadline; 7. Source vendors for JI gifts, standard stationery; Job involves working with printer, supplier, photographer, copywriter, web developers and marketing specialists. 8. Work as part of the Communication team, work also will be involved in coordinating events such as PR campaigns for regular promotion and recruitment of students by working with recruitment office; 9. Provide assistance to the SJTU and UM staff on PR related tasks; 10. Present finalized ideas and concepts and report direct to Marketing and Communication manager in general; 11. Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager, Executive Director or deans;
