Title: Testing Engineer
Location: Shanghai, Caohejing Hi-Tech Park (shuttle bus provided)

Responsibilities:
1. Understand correctly the test method, plan, procedure or the specific requirement from customer. Receive and store the test samples in arranged site.
2. Perform necessary treatments on the test samples in order to get them in the condition to be tested. These treatments can be cutting, stripping, soldering, gluing, etc. Ensure the status or conditions of the test samples compliant with the requirement of test.
3. Setup the test machine and fix the test sample on the test machine properly for test.
4. Operate the test machine and record the test data.
5. According to the technician development plan, participate the training to improve and optimize the operation capacity of the test machines.
6. Book the test equipment from R&D lab.
7. Track and report test progress, optimize test equipment utilization.
8. Strictly be in accordance with company procedures, instruction, rules and all regulations to operate machines, to achieve the target to zero injuries, maintain the test room cleaning.
9. Support test team manager/leader to develop test capability and competency
 
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
1. Bachelor graduate in Engineering - mechanical, automation, electrical engineering or related disciplines.
2. Understand and analyze the test related technical documents, minimum 3 years related experience.
3. Knowledge of test flow and test machine specification.
4. Proven strong practical ability and experience of the test sample preparation and test machine operation. Strong hands on skills e.g. measuring contact resistance, gluing thermal coupler, soldering wires
5. Self motivated and accountable.
6. Good interpersonal and communication and negotiation skills. Good time management skills.
7. Good English in reading and writing.
