·        Provides maintenance and support services to internal IT systems including telephone, server, and network.

·        Provides information technology training service to internal users.

·        Manages IT assets (notebook, desktop, server, network, etc) to ensure the compliance with financial requirements.

·        Manages information security incidents and executes information security policies and procedures.

·        Works with global IT team and local IT team to assure smooth and effective delivery of services.

·        Maintains a high-level customer satisfaction.

Requirements

·        University degree in Computer Science
·        experience in desktop or server support/administration, multinational company is preferred
·        Strong technical skills in MS Windows XP/Win7, MS Office, AD/DHCP/DNS, Cisco switch/firewall, HP Server, etc
·        Good communication skills in written and spoken English.
·        Team work spirit, customer focused, result-orientated, self-motivated, and quick learning
·        MCSE, CCNA/CCNP is preferred
