Sealy is recognised as the world’s largest manufacturer of premium bedding and was first established in the USA in 1881. Since then Sealy has established itself through the Sealy Posturepedic brand that focuses on correct back support designed in conjunction with Orthopaedic Surgeons. Sealy China was established in 2008 with the growth of a retail network all over the country. Apart from supply of product to the local retail and contract market Sealy manufacturing business also exports bedding products to a large number of Asian countries. Sealy will continue to grow the manufacturing network in China over the coming years with 3 factories being established in China in addition to the current facility in Shanghai.
丝涟是全球最大的高端寝具制造商，于1881年在美国创立。在此之后，丝涟通过与整形外科医生的合作，设计出为背部提供良好支撑的“美姿”品牌床垫，并在业内获得了崇高声誉。2008年，丝涟进入中国市场，全国零售网络稳健扩张。丝涟中国工厂除了为本地零售渠道及酒店客户提供产品外，还出口至亚洲各国。目前，丝涟在上海设有一家工厂，并计划在未来两年内在华新建3家工厂以扩充自身生产能力。

The Graduate program will initially be a 12 month training program that upon successful completion will lead to further roles with Sealy in the manufacturing team.
