Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Liaise with major accounts and focus on providing customer service;
- Follow up the relative paperwork and provide administration support to trading team;
- Assisting the account managers by maintaining a close relationship with clients, update clients contact list; follow up with after-sales support.
- Other ad hoc projects, weekly reports to team managers and some customer visits.
