Administration Assistant Intern
Location:Shanghai
Description
Provide general office duties support to the president office (including but not limited to copying, distributing mail/faxes, scanning, etc;
Handle reimbursement of the president and the office, helps to check the submitted expense reports in the XMS system;
Conference call coordinator, and support various meetings on site;
Order office stationary and refreshment for the president office;
Organize courier services for documents/goods pick up;
Help to book flights, accommodation and logistics for the president.
Qualification
Bachelor or Master students who will graduate in 2014;
Can work 4 -5 days per week and last for 6 months;
Good English skills of written and spoken;
Experience in using Microsoft office applications, including word, power point and excel.
