Key Responsibility主要职责
1. General reception work (phone call answering, visitor's reception; courier management)
2. General administration work (meeting room arrangement, stationery booking, purchases handling, invoice handling, business card arrangement)
3. Office administration (office facilities maintenance, office security)
4. Trip arrangement (hotel booking)
5. Other supports (support on IT affairs, HR affairs)
Requirements 要求
1. Good communication skill
2. Basic command of English
3. Pleasant, independent and hard working
4. 5 days/week from July 1-December 31, 2013, 6 months.
