招聘岗位是: 英语客服

Responsibility ：
-处理订单及出货计划，为货物选择模式/承运人/服务水平等
-管理订单及设备,汇总报告及监测供应商.
-协调起起运地及目的地的有关工作
-整理不合格报告
-与海外的客户保持良好的关系,为其提供优质服务和详尽的解答

Requirement ：
-英语口语及听力熟练,能应对即时海外电话咨询.
-能适应轮班的工作制,包括夜班
-有物流、货代或客服相关工作经验优先
-英语八级的应届毕业生优先
-有较强的物流和运输知识、较强的客户服务能力和较强的沟通能力

排班时间
周一到周五 2人轮班
冬令时
1st shift:6:00am ~ 1:30pm
2nd shift:1:30pm ~ 9:30pm

夏令时
1st shift:5:00am ~ 12:30pm
2nd shift:12:30pm ~ 8:30pm

冬令时
1st shift: 6:00pm ~ 6:00am (overnight shift)
2nd shift:6:00am ~ 6:00pm

周未：

12 wording hours being

夏令时
1st shift:5:00pm ~ 5:00am(overnight shift)
2nd shift:5:00am ~ 5:00pm
FY-BE have five team menbers to take the shift. Normally once or twice weekend overnight shift per month.
