POSITION: FURNITURE MERCHANDISER for International Company

TYPE: Fulltime, 8:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday

SALARY: 3,000 – 3,500 RMB per month

LOCATION: Guangzhou, China

REQUIREMENTS:

•    Bachelor’s degree or above in English, International Economics, International Trade, Marketing or a related field  

•    No experience required

•    A CAN-DO ATTITUDE (essential)

•    Excellent organizational skills

•    Fluent in both oral and written English

•    Excellent executing and follow-through skills

•    Good sense of customer service and team spirit

•    Ability to communicate with all organizational levels

•    Skilled in prioritizing multiple directives within changing work demands

•    Skilled in problem solving

•    Skilled in computer software such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook (desirable)

JOB RESPONSILITIES:

•    Following up orders throughout the Production Life Cycle

•    Keeping Track of Production and Inspection Reports

•    Communicating with customers about their product requirements

•    Communicating with factories on amendments 

•    Assisting in organizing Consolidations

•    Managing Export Documentations

•    Understand All Obstacles and Issues that Can Arise

•    Studying Our Factory Library and Familiarizing with our Existing Suppliers

•    Managing Alibaba and Other Trade Platforms, Updating Product Information

•    优秀的沟通能力，能妥善处理上下级关系

•    在不同的工作中能迅速按重要性和紧急性优先排序并妥善处理

•    有良好的应急处理能力

•    善于使用电脑软件如： Excel, Word, Powerpoint 和 Outlook 等

工作职责:

•    在产品生产流程中跟进公司订单

•    跟进生产和验货报告

•    与客户沟通并理解及传达其产品需求和改动要求

•    与工厂确定订单信息和修改要求

•    协助组织拼柜

•    办理和管理出口文件

•    熟悉公司产品数据库和公司供应商

•    管理阿里巴巴及其他贸易平台，更新产品资讯
