1. Job Title: Quality Intern (Shanghai)

Responsibility：

1、Support data analysis and prepare report per request;

2、Support engineer for data collection and issue analysis;

3、Support the E-Process of ICN project

4、Support to optimize the FQC database to improve the efficiency.

 

Major：

Mechanical design / automation

 

Technical Requirements：

Mechanical design or automation knowledge or matierla knowledge

Responsibility：

Support team for SPS tracking and audit

Implement andon system

Responsibility：

A. Main focus on below project/autostation:

1. STIM DPN auto clip station mechanical design;

2. Auto welding station mechanical design

B. Support engineer keep all machine in good condiction.

C. Study current machine issue and find the root cause.

 

Major：

Mechanical design / automation

 

Technical Requirements：

Excellent knowledge & experience of CAD, Solidwords (or UG or Pro/E)

4. Job Title: Information System Intern (Shanghai)

 

Responsibility：

1) Optimize current training management system(Access2007 based).

2) Support continuous improvement initiatives on production line.

 

Major：

Management of Information System/ Industrial Engineering

 

Software：

1) Excel 2007：proficient

2) Access 2007：proficient

 

Others：

Fluent at English especially reading and writing

2, Parts drawings collection and tidy, transfer to electric version

Responsibility：

1) digitalization in supply chain:

- design daily production planning database which is similar with SBMLV priority list,after download MO,based on pre-defined rules,automatically assign priorities.

- build structured SC KPI database,instead of maintain similar KPI many times

- design structured planning database for cross entity planning mode(VMI,sub-con..)

2) procedure standardization

3)backup for routine job(paper work for custom clearance,documentation..)

 

Major：

computer related major

 

Technical Requirements：

Logitical mindset, customer oriented, creative

 

Software：

1) Excel 2007:proficient

2) Access 2007：proficient

8. Job Title: Transportation Intern (Shanghai)

 

Responsibility：

1, Goods Receipt in SAP

2, Goods Issue in SAP 

3, Prepare documents(invoice and packing list) to forwarders

4, Shipment follow up

 

Major：

Logistics or international trade etc

 

Technical Requirements：

Familiar with logistics and transportation, and finance basic knowledge
