Researcher
Job Responsibility
1. Analyst the Job Description and present the profile to the Consultant to further justify the candidates
2. Build up target lists of candidates; update the data-pool of CVs,
3. Support the Consultant in making recruitment calls to the targeted candidates
4. Collect and screen CVs to match job specifications and requirements.
5. Thorough and in depth research in the company and positions accountable for.
6. In depth analyzing and drawing the correct org chart based on the information and input received from the candidates. Ensure the needed information is well reflected on the organization structure produced.
7. Make "cold calls" to unknown candidates.
8. Support the Consultant to fulfill the performance targets/ goals set by management
9. Research the specific market to maintain current and up-to-date industry information.
10. Follow through process and procedure to get result. This includes pay attention to details.
11. Produce and present suitable candidate to the senior to ensure the mandate come to closure.
Requirement:
1. University students of Grade 3 or Grade 4
2. Fluent English in both written and verbal
3. Can work under pressure
4. Willing to take challenge
5. Open-minded, great team player with strong intuition and people skills
6. Strong networking skills both internally and in the business community
7. Hard working, quick learner, and result-oriented
招聘调研员
职责:
1. 分析客户职位需求,协助顾问制定人才搜寻方案
2. 进行候选人搜索及电话甄选,收集并整理简历,丰富数据库
3. 进行候选人面试,收集IT行业信息,分析处理,为候选人提供行业咨询与职业生涯规划
4. 跟进与说服有效候选人,并定期跟踪与已成功候选人的沟通

5. 愿意接受挑战并能承受压力
6. 良好的英文基础
