Job Description

Position title: Intern -Sales Assistant

Reports to: District Sales Manager

Location: Shanghai

Tasks and Responsibilities:  1. Assist to manage the paperwork of the contracts and inquiries. 2. Assist to handle daily administrative work of Shanghai Branch. 3. Be responsible for reimbursement of Shanghai Branch employees. 4. Undertake any temporary task assigned by her manager.

Qualifications: 1.  Active in daily sales work. 2. Comprehensive and with team spirit. 3. Good communication skills. 4. Fluent in both written and verbal English. 5. Proficient with Microsoft Office software. 6. At least four days on duty per week.

Education and work Experience:    Student for Bachelor Degree    Over 1 year working experience as an intern in international companies in related function
