职位名: Treasury Analyst, Asia Corp Finance
工作地点: 上海, 长宁区
职位要求:
KKey Job Responsibilities:
1. Daily cash management of the business in China, including: the determination of the opening bank balance in various currencies, the identification of the daily in and out flows, adjustments associated to seasonality and external factors, cross country funding and currency swapping.
2. Communicate with controllers on borrowing/investing requirements and cash flow forecasts.
3. Manage the opening and closing of bank accounts.
4. Manage signatory rights and authorities and related legal documentation.
5. Work with local finance team in collecting, issuing, revising, advising and cancelling trade finance products such as letter of credit, bank guarantees, performance bonds, etc.
6. Maintain/report listing of all trade finance products outstanding in the region (quarterly).
7. Monitor the borrowing (debt) position of legal entities across China.
8. Maintain static data accuracy in both treasury systems (Trax and Quantum).
9. Maintain/report listing of current bank accounts in China.
10. Provide support and training to local finance team on cash pool structure and management.
11. Lead treasury support service for administrative procedure while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of response to requests.
12. Support shared services centers regarding cash management issues.
13. Act as a liaison between local finance clerks and banks' treasury services.
14. Support compliance with Sarbanes and Oxley.
15. Participate in global cash management initiatives.
In addition to the above, other projects and responsibilities may be individually defined.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Required (Must have):
1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent education and experience.
2. 0- 1 year experience in finance.
3. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
4. Good knowledge of corporate finance, accounting and treasury theories.
5. Excellent communication skills and customer focused approach.
6. Familiar with problem solving and process improvement techniques.
7. Ability to work well independently and work well in a team setting.
Preferred (Nice to have):
1. Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) will be a plus.
2. Experience in banking/treasury will be a plus.
