Job Description- Campus Recruitment Supervisor

Mars China is currently opening a position of “Campus Recruitment Supervisor” for high potential graduates with ideally 1-2 year working experience in HR field. This will be a 1 year contract with FESCO starting from July 2013, and under the condition of business needs and good performance within 1 year, this candidate could have chance to be transferred to Mars associate. Competitive pay will be provided.

Key Result Areas:

1.       Responsible for Mars China campus recruitment with Wrigley and Royal Canin including:

a)        Lead campus recruitment planning and review

b)        Lead whole year communication campaign in campus

c)         Facilitate all selection process including online screening, aptitude test, group selection and assessment center

d)        Lead engagement activities throughout the whole recruitment process

e)        Internal communication and resource management on campus recruitment

 

2.       Responsible for Mars China local Employer Reputation project including:

a)        Mars Business School

b)        Mars saloon

c)         Business competition

d)        Campus events and relationship etc.

 

3.       Lead projects in trainee program in Mars China including:

a)        New trainee on-boarding and orientation

b)        New trainee pre-on-boarding activities

c)         Trainee training course design and management

d)        Trainee engagement session, etc.

e)        Policy management for trainee program (etc. Hukou)

 

4.       Support with other human resource related work

 

Criteria:

1.       Passion for consumer goods industry and Mars company

2.       Excellent English writing and speaking

3.       Good communication and coordination

4.       Mature and professional

5.       2-3 years working experience in HR field is preferred
