· Ability to communicate in English with co-workers.

· Ability to work individually with minimum supervision.
· Cold calling skills on industrial customers.
· University degree.
· Report directly to Sales Director.
· Up to 70% travel requirements

Training program consists of:
· Working at Production in first month or two on learning design of standard equipment and products.
· Working at Engineering in first month or two on learning engineering aspects of equipment and products.
· Following our sales managers to visit customers.
· Lead by our Sales Director and other co-workers on market research and methods to identify customers.
· Training on presentation skills.
Performance evaluation per month based on KPI, including but not limited to:
· Sales booking performance
· New contacts generated
· New partners identified
· New projects in the progress
· Responsiveness
