Main responsibilities:
• Answer consumer inquiry and handle consumer complaint Via NESTLE Consumer Hotline and other contact means in the positive and professional way
• Capture and classify consumer information
• Priority issue and identify potential problem
• Complete contact log and report
• Participate in working shift schedule from Monday to Sunday, may possibly working during public holiday
Requirements:
• Background of Food health, Medical nutrition
• Experience of consumer service
• Good personality with attending to details , optimism and positive
• Mandarin Chinese and Knowing basic English
• Good keyboard skills including Microsoft Office Applications(Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
