助理招聘顾问
Responsibility
● Actively approach potential clients and introduce recruiting services to corporates,understand the staffing needs of potential clients
● Identify suitable candidates through various channels in a creative and persistent manner, and obtain their resumes
● Conduct preliminary telephone screening of the candidates approached
● Assist to consultants in interviews, communicating with clients & candidate coordination, etc.
● Other tasks assigned

Requirement:
1) College degree or above, majored in HR, finance or business related subjects
2) Enthusiastic, proactive, responsible and able to work under pressure
3) Teamwork player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4) Fluent oral and written English is preferred
