[B]Job scope：[/B]
1. Support sales planning & management related work, including:
- Consolidate data from branches/ system for the daily report and support the pipeline management
- Arrange regional sales meetings with branches
- Prepare for materials for branch recruitment, dry-run, training and etc if needed
2. Other team support, e..g,
- Arrange weekly product & risk meetings with branches and be in charge of meeting minutes
- Team and management documentation collection
- Support team travel expense claims
[B]Profile：[/B]
1. Excellent academic performance with financial/ economics related background
2. Proficient in written and spoken English; good Chinese news press release writter would be a plus
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and PPT)
4. Internship experience in international corporates; Previous experience in banking industry is a plus
5. Interest in microfinance; Dedicated to work
6. Student who was during 3rd / 1st year of undergraduate/ graduate period, or the one already postgraduate recommendation would be a plus

more than 6 months ,5 days a week,start from ASAP.
