香港项目专员（接收实习、应届生）

HK Project Specialist

我司诚聘香港项目专员，其工作职责主要是在香港专利发布后的一周时间内，完成香港专利的处理（包括下载A2专利文档，合并A2专利文档，录入A2专利文档摘要部分，编辑香港专利数据，审查香港专利数据，翻译香港专利名称，审查已翻译的香港专利名称等）。

We are looking for HK Project Specialist who needs to complete the processing of HK patents within one week, which includes downloading A2 HK patents, merging A2 patents, keying-in abstract of each A2 patent, editing as well as checking HK patent data and translating as well as checking HK patent names etc.

工作内容：

Ÿ           应用系统软件编辑并检查香港专利文档

Ÿ           应用系统软件验证香港专利文档信息的完整性

Ÿ           翻译并检查源自香港专利文档的名称

Ÿ           确保提供的香港专利文档内容及格式符合要求

Ÿ           主管，经理以及总经理分配的其他工作

Responsible for:

Ÿ           Edit and check HK patent documents on system

Ÿ           Verify whether the relevant information in HK patent documents is complete on system

Ÿ           Translate and check names derived from HK patent documents

Ÿ           Ensure the HK patent documents are provided in required content and format

Ÿ           Other tasks assigned by the Supervisor, Manager and Managing Director

 职位要求：

Ÿ           了解专利文档的内容和格式

Ÿ           具备基本的翻译能力

Ÿ           熟悉数据编辑及数据检查

Ÿ           具有责任心，细致严谨

诚招数据编辑员，为系统添加页数统计和编辑中文文本；要求做事细心且具备良好的职业道德。

工作职责：

Ÿ           完成其他由主管和经理安排的工作任务

Translation Editor-Part Time:

We are looking for part-time translation editor who can edit translation for technical documents. The aim of our project is to provide qualified manual adjusted translation for intellectual property purposes. We prefer applicants that have experience and knowledge of using the computer to support the translation process, like Computer Aided Translation or Machine Translation.

Responsible for:

Ÿ           Edit translation to support machine-translation

Ÿ           Provide information and check the technical data

Ÿ           Analyze and report about processes, procedures and workflows

Ÿ           Other tasks assigned related to company business

What we ask:

Ÿ           A college education and skills in Chinese to English translation

Ÿ           Good reading & writing abilities in English language

Ÿ           Technical major or background is highly preferred

Ÿ           General experience in using the computer as a tool in the translation process

Ÿ           Practical experience with the use of Chinese-English dictionaries and domain specific   

glossaries available in the internet

Ÿ           Practical experience with online translation services available on the web

Ÿ           Awareness of post-editing and enhancement of Machine Translation results

Ÿ           Team spirit and cooperation

Specific knowledge/experience:

Ÿ           Working with both Chinese and English texts
