任职条件
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限，医学相关专业、英语专业优先
- 熟练的英语听说读写能力，英语为工作语言
- 熟练使用office软件，尤其是word、excel和PPT制作
- 医学或护理背景优先
- 天津户籍优先
- 良好的沟通能力，细心
岗位职责
1. Provide excellent services in greeting customers.
2. Interact with patients with any issue, answer patient inquiries and assist patient when required with any issue
3. Answer phone calls related to the patient services issues or help with any other requests (lab test results, medication refill, billing issues, medical records, etc)
4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of hospital charges/ discounts/ packages/ facilities/ special events etc
5. Assist patients by booking airline tickets, hotel rooms and providing patient and visitors with local information they may request.
6. Ensure that comments and complaints are properly logged and acted upon by trying to avoid any patient leaving the hospital dissatisfied. Solicit assistance from the Patient Services Manager when needed.
7. Help inpatients to get any type of services desired (visa extensions, hair dresser, etc)
8. Be alive to new ideas which could benefit the hospital and seek opportunities to continually improve patient service
